Objectives
- Lay light grey tiles for a modern and cohesive look in both the kitchen and bathroom.
- Prepare plumbing for the installation of new kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
- Ensure the work was completed to a high standard, ready for additional remodeling stages.
Design Solution
- Tiling: Kitchen & bathroom: Installed large-format light grey porcelain tiles on the floor for a seamless appearance.
- Subfloor and Wall Prep: Removed existing finishes, leveled subfloors, and applied waterproof membranes in wet areas to ensure durability and prevent moisture damage.
- Finishing Touches: Applied matching grout and edging trims for a neat and polished result.
Outcome
- The light grey tiling gave both spaces a fresh, modern look, setting the stage for the planned upgrades.
