Design Solution

• Material Selection: Chosen Karndean’s premium range with a grey wood-effect finish to enhance the distinct aesthetic of each space.

• Preparation: Removed the existing flooring and leveled subfloors to ensure a smooth and long-lasting installation.

• Installation: Installed grey wood-effect Karndean planks in a herringbone pattern for a stylish, contemporary look.

• Plumbing Work: Carefully removed and refitted toilets in both bathrooms to ensure a seamless finish and proper plumbing connections after the flooring was laid.
